Holiday Oil is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for our West Valley location. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires flexibility to work Sundays and weekends, ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong teamwork to support peak hours and busy periods. Training on store processes and safety procedures is provided.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Accurately process transactions using the cash register and handle payments
• Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and fuel pumps
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed
• Follow safety and security procedures, including age verification for restricted products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Skills & Requirements:

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
