Job summary

Holiday Oil Co. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Roy location. You will greet customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves and coolers, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The ideal candidate communicates well, works with a team to manage workload in a high-volume setting, and is flexible to open or close and to work Sundays through Saturdays, including outdoor duties in heat or cold.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math skills and ability to use computers.
• Effective communication and strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace.
• Willingness to learn store processes, products and services.
• Ability to stay composed in confrontational situations.
• Capable of working in high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environments.
• Flexible schedule including Sundays and ability to open/close store.
• Must work in cold environments (outdoor cold weather and coolers).
• Must work in heat during summer for outdoor duties.

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
