Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Dalton, GA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers with sales, pawn and loan services, and merchandise inquiries. You will drive a positive customer experience on a busy sales floor.

Earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%. Benefits include earned wage access, medical/dental/vision, life and supplemental coverage, vacation/sick time, 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
