FirstCash Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in North Carolina. Earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits and growth opportunities. The role involves helping customers, handling pawn and loan services, and maintaining a organized store floor.

Typical hours are 9AM–6PM with some Sundays closed; Earned Wage Access and employee discounts available. Training and compliance with company policies are provided.

Formación

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Commission Information
