FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and drive sales in a fast-paced pawn shop environment. You will help customers with loans, product inquiries, and merchandise, while earning commission on top of hourly pay.

This role offers competitive hourly pay ($15.25–$16.25) plus commission up to 8%, flexible hours, and benefits. Prior retail experience and strong customer service are a plus; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations – certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure smooth, customer-focused experience for pawn/loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
