FirstCash in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
