FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the Arlington, TX area. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help manage pawn services with a customer‑focused approach.

You’ll process transactions, evaluate merchandise, and maintain a welcoming sales floor while complying with store policies and regulations. This role includes commission and benefits support from day one.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
