Mattress Warehouse in York, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. You will help customers select premium mattresses using bedMATCH and a guided selling process.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, energetic, and able to work evenings and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. We offer generous pay, bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Experience with tablets and POS systems is a plus.
• Bilingual with fluency in English; Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Deliver a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and maintain showroom floor.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
