Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in the United States. You will ensure every customer receives the best possible service and help customers with product knowledge and sales.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and actively promote programs such as warranties and Good Sam Memberships. The role requires flexible hours, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle light physical tasks in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Retail experience preferred.
• Superb customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
