Job summary

VSS South Beach in New York is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers with vape and smoke products, balance registers, and process transactions.

You should be energetic, reliable, and able to work retail hours including weekends and late-night shifts; bilingual is a plus. Knowledge of vape life is preferred.

You will join a fast-paced shop environment with focus on customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

As a customer service associate you will be expected to ensure full customer satisfaction with every transaction.

REQUIREMENTS for Sales Associate / Sales Representative:

• Available to work retail hours on both weekdays and weekends
• Available for late closing shifts (12am - 2am times)
• Experience dealing with customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Engaged & Knowledgeable of Vape & Smoke Life
• Great listening skills - Fast learner, able to follow instructions and guidelines
• Independent and self-managed/ Self-motivated
