• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail sales, design consultation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing, engaging communicator with an authentic passion for home decor and helping people.
• Motivated, target-driven attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work retail store hours including peak weekends, evenings, and promotional holiday events.
• Physical ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods and maneuver items up to 25 lbs.

• Guide customers through consumer credit applications, payment arrangements, and protection warranties.
• Accurately prepare sales quotes, manage POS transactions, and process customer documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and overall satisfaction.
• Exceed sales benchmarks, closing conversion rates, and ticket averages.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to keep showroom displays attractive and properly tagged.
• Assist with opening/closing routines, cash reconciliation, and inventory counts.
• Resolve customer questions and issues with professional empathy to ensure exceptional retail experiences.

• Deliver expert product advice regarding materials, craftsmanship, dimensions, and mattress comfort technology.
• Guide customers smoothly through consumer credit applications, payment arrangements, and protection warranties.
• Accurately prepare sales quotes, manage POS transactions, and process customer documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Store Operations):

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales benchmarks, closing conversion rates, and ticket averages.
