AAA Club Alliance in Falls Church, VA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to drive value for members by promoting AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products. You’ll help customers plan travel, compare options, and close sales with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You’ll respond to inquiries across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment, assist with cashiering and ID services, and contribute to team operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills; able to build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to RACC calls throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
