Job summary

Princess Polly in Scottsdale is seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our in-store team. You will deliver energy, style, and exceptional customer service, helping create a fun shopping environment and contributing to store success.

You will work with the team on sales, daily store operations, restocking, and customer styling, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

About the role

Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store’s overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

What you’ll do

Compensation Range

$17/per hour
