Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Houston, delivering energetic, stylish service and a memorable shopping experience. You’ll work with the store crew to drive sales, assist with daily operations, and help customers find outfits that fit current trends.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, a passion for fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

What you'll do

Compensation Range

$14.50-17/per hour
