Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, perform sales transactions, and support daily store operations. You will help customers choose solutions, test batteries, and assist with installation and rebuilds while upholding safety and store standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and good math skills to handle cash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
