Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Michigan is seeking a Front End Specialist 1 to assist customers, handle checkout, and help maintain the store appearance. You will be part of a team focused on delivering friendly, efficient service at the front end of the store.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, staying aware of promotions, supporting donation programs, and helping with stocking and merchandising to maintain inviting store conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
