Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Front End Specialist 1 to assist customers and help maintain store appearance, with a primary focus on front-end operations and customer service.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, support donation programs, and help with receiving, pricing, and merchandising to keep the store inviting. This role requires a positive attitude and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities
