Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Savannah is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Savannah, GA store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help customers discover spices, teas, and gourmet blends.

You will assist with displays, restocking, and packaging while learning our products. A positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to stand for long periods are required; weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.

Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of hand-mixed spice blends, premium loose-leaf teas, and gourmet seasonings from around the world. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a warm, inviting shopping experience while sharing your love of food and flavor.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
