Role Description

The Retail Sales Associate role at Ship Southington is a full-time, on-site position based in Milldale, CT. In this role, the associate assists customers with packing and shipping services, mailbox and virtual mailbox inquiries, and helps process notary, shredding, print, fax, and scan requests. The associate is responsible for operating point-of-sale systems, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, identifying service needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all service orders.
