EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, process sales and pawn loans, and participate in a structured training path with opportunities for advancement.

Earn $15.00–$16.00 per hour depending on experience, with a generous bonus potential and benefits. The role includes a clear career path from trainee to Pawnbroker and shifts leadership tracks to Assistant Manager over time.
