Job summary

EZCORP is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Florida. You will assist customers, process sales and pawn items, and participate in a multi-stage career path from trainee to Pawnbroker and beyond.

The role includes a 5-week paid training with a $0.50 raise to Pawnbroker, ongoing certification programs, and opportunities to advance to lead roles. Benefits include health insurance, uncapped bonus potential, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service, cashier, or retail is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guest interactions.
