EZCORP’s Value Pawn & Jewelry team in Largo, FL is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). Start as Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with rapid pay progression and a clear career path toward Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker roles.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment, with benefits and opportunities for growth across EZCORP brands.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with pawn items, sales and loans.
• Process sales, loans and extensions accurately.
