Job summary

Moleskine America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our New York stores. You will deliver warm, knowledgeable service, tell the Moleskine story, and help customers find products that express their creativity.

This is a lean, high-energy environment where independence and teamwork go hand in hand. You'll handle opening/closing tasks as a keyholder, assist with merchandising, stock management, and POS transactions while supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with reliability and punctuality.
• Confidence in performing keyholder duties (opening/closing, cash handling, operational oversight).

In this role, you’ll help bring the Moleskine vision to life by delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and supporting store leadership in daily operations. Availability to support weekend shifts and weekday evening shifts is especially valuable for this location.

Required Qualifications

The pay range for this role is:

17 - 17 USD per hour (Time Warner Center)
