Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, with a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

The role involves standing and walking for prolonged periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine manual handling. Vision requirements include working with small parts and screens, which can be met with corrective lenses if needed.
