Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Florida is seeking a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in-store. You will process orders, assist customers with financing matters, and help achieve store KPIs.

The role requires legal work authorization in the US, 18+ years old, and preferred high school diploma. Training and performance incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications
