Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Livermore, CA to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. You will help drive sales and ensure accurate processing at the register while keeping the store tidy and compliant with merchandising guidelines.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates should be comfortable with non-traditional hours and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience.
• Strong team player.

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately, securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

YOUR TALENT

The base pay for this position is $16.90 - $19.90 + Benefits
