Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Glendale, AZ. You will provide excellent customer service, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

You will support inventory and merchandising tasks and must be flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Able to learn quickly and use basic MS Office.
• Must be able to walk/move constantly and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience at the store.
• Process sales at checkout accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising per Puma standards.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise and inventory counts.
• Assist with stock levels and product availability.
• Follow all policies and procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends/evenings/holidays.

YOUR MISSION

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed.
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

YOUR TALENT

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.15 - $18.15 + Benefits
