EZPAWN in Levelland, TX is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members. Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.

Continue through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour, with opportunities to become Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager. The role offers a structured career path and competitive pay with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What to Expect

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.
