EZCORP seeks Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members to join our team in Levelland, Texas. Join a fast-paced environment that rewards service excellence and offers development and career paths.

Starting pay ranges from $12.50 to $15.00 per hour with a 5-week paid training program, potential raises, and opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker certification and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items a plus; bilingual a plus; sales background a plus.

Our Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position! Start your career as a Trainee in our 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion of the program. Continue to grow your skills by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Excel and explore opportunities to promote to the Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) position. Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
