Palm Beach Tan in Mustang, OK is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our fast-paced salon. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services and skin care, and help members choose the right options while delivering exceptional experiences.

This role emphasizes sales, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer service is preferred; training and development are provided to grow with the Palm Beach Tan brand.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
