Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will handle customer interactions, manage POS transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.

This part-time role supports community programs and requires reliable attendance, a professional appearance, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. 403(b) and PTO benefits are included for eligible staff.

About the Role

Join our team in \"Doing the Most Good\" as a Store Sales Associate. We're seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our diverse community of customers and donors. This role combines customer service, retail operations, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs. You'll be an essential part of our team, transforming donations into resources that directly support our mission of serving those in need in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering assistance

Additional Information

Pay Rate : $15.00/hr.

Status: Part-time, up to 28 hours

Shift 10:00am-3:00pm (hours may vary, includes Saturday)
