Job Description:

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

1. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change according to procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy and procedures.
6. Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor following company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
8. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
9. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
10. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
11. Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
