Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, greet shoppers, and maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.

You will balance the register, restock merchandise, and assist with daily sales goals while providing top-notch customer care. Flexible part-time hours include Monday–Saturday days, evenings and weekends.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling required. Monday - Saturday days, evenings, and weekends

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.
