Job summary

IKEA in Hicksville is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist customers and offer advice on home furnishing solutions. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience and guide customers to top-selling products on the sales floor.

This part-time role offers 12–20 hours per week with weekday and weeknight availability, plus Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM. You will join a diverse, inclusive team that values growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

• The hourly pay rate range for this role is $19.91 - $28.12
