Job summary

IKEA in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate. You will assist customers, advise on home furnishing solutions, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will act as a knowledgeable consultant and guide customers toward featured products and new displays.

The role requires 1 year of retail sales experience; hours are 12–20 per week with evening and weekend shifts. Benefits and co-worker perks are offered where eligible.
