Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will handle frontline customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, and assisting with receiving and pricing.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Front End Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front-end of store operations.
