Ollie invites applications for a Front End Specialist at our Rothschild, WI location. You will assist customers, manage front-end operations, and help maintain store appearance while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating register, answering questions about promotions, stocking and merchandising, and supporting donation programs. The role requires a positive attitude and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Front End Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front-end of store operations.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
