Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Indiana is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain a welcoming store appearance. You play a key role in delivering friendly service at the front end and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Primary duties include greeting customers, operating the register, processing refunds, learning current promotions, and supporting donation programs. You will also assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and keeping the front of the

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Front End Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front-end of store operations.
