Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Dubuque, IA is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service and help keep the store organized. This part-time role involves evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with 20 to 28 hours per week.

You will greet customers, operate a register, restock merchandise, and work with the team to achieve daily sales goals in a welcoming, mission-driven environment.

• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately
• Open, close, and balance the register as assigned
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop
• Sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals

Job description

Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
