Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division Iowa City thrift store is seeking a Lead Store Sales Associate to support the store management team. The role focuses on efficient retail operations, delivering friendly customer service, and helping meet sales goals in a busy community setting.

You will lead by example during openings and closings, assist with banking, inventory, displays, and problem-solve register issues.

Responsibilities

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

What You’ll Do
