Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Dekalb IL is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

This part-time position offers paid training, a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and benefits such as vacation, sick time, holidays, and more. You will greet customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and work with the team to meet daily goals.

Location: Dekalb IL Pay: $15.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
