Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Dekalb, IL is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, operate the register, and keep the store organized. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week.

You will greet customers, process sales, restock merchandise, and help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment while supporting team goals and community funding.

• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop
• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor

Job description
