Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation Davenport store is seeking a DOTS Sales Associate to deliver Trek’s hospitality to customers, helping them achieve their cycling goals from arrival to checkout.

You’ll learn bikes, components, apparel, and technology, participate in daily huddles, maintain merchandising, assemble or prep bikes, and ensure customers leave with a great riding experience. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Interest in bikes and cycling products.
• Ability to learn Trek processes and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to customers.
• Guide customers through cycling goals and product selections.
• Participate in daily huddles and maintain store merchandising.
• Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prep bikes for service.
• Complete daily Task List and cycle counts.
• Assist with stocking and product replenishment.
