Job summary

Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd in Columbus, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to energize our in-store experience with style and outstanding customer service. You will engage customers, drive sales, and help maintain a welcoming, fashion-forward environment.

Working closely with the store team, you will handle cash, merchandising, restocking, and daily operations while delivering product knowledge and styling tips to help every guest find what they love.

Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

Compensation Range

$16/per hour
