What You’ll Be Doing...

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs through creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide comprehensive sales options.
• Close sales using excellent communication skills to match customer needs with suitable tech solutions.
• Engage in ongoing training to develop operational skills in merchandising and inventory management.
• Potentially grow your customer base through outbound calls and messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Participate in community engagement activities outside the store, such as Verizon-sponsored events.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive pay, including a base salary of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $16,000 annually in commissions, and additional incentives for exceeding sales targets, potentially leading to a total annual earning of $65,000+ to $73,500+. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, including work or military background.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance.
• Openness to additional shifts during peak seasons to increase earnings.

Preferred but not required: experience in sales, customer service, or a commission-based environment.

• This is a full-time, onsite role with 40 hours weekly.
