Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and assist in leading the department while mentoring colleagues.

You will promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships, learn product details, and maintain a neat store environment. This role requires a flexible retail schedule, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

What You’ll Do:

• Ability to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
• May cross train to perform other duties
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school education or equivalent

• Previous Retail experience preferred

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $1,000 - $4,000.
