This job requires working some evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll report to your Store Manager and work with the Assistant Store Manager and other team Specialists.

What You'll Do

1. Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customer needs
2. Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention
3. Assist with opening/closing the store
4. Handle cash properly
5. Engage in workshops, events, and demos
6. Support fellow sales agents
7. Expand product knowledge through training
8. Work in other locations within the area if required

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to meet sales and customer experience targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to diverse customers
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move within the store and demonstrate products
• Computer literacy
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college in sales, business, or management
• One year of related experience
• Experience selling wireless/mobile products
• Fluency in Spanish

Additional Details

Hourly pay rate: $17.88 - $26.83, with potential annual incentives. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and other resources. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
