We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key menber of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and effeciently, utilizing cash handling skills
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash register operations and count change
• Ensure all cash handling and transactions are accurate and balanced at the end of the shift
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s products and services
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on store promotions and sales
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is highly desirable

Job Type: Part Time
