Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Furnishing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture and decor to enhance their homes. If you have a flair for design and a love for helping others, we want to hear from you!

• Retail Sales Associate with no experience earn over $45,000, in just their first year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
• Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
• Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
• Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
