Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Arnold, MO is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales, and keep the store organized. This part-time role offers 19–25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a $15.00 per hour pay and benefits such as life insurance and a 403(b) plan.

Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow retail and customer service skills while supporting community programs.

Qualifications
